Hello! The road from Yevlax to Agdam is currently upgraded to dual carriageway. So I upgraded the primary to trunk where it is already finished. The remaining parts would stay primary until the upgrade is finished.
Together with the new highway from Agdam to Füzüli (currently u/c), this would provide a nice trunk connection from the north to the south of the country.
But I agree, if the classification is not consistent, it might be not good. So feel free to change again to primary, until the upgrade of the roads are complete.
