https://www.govmap.gov.il/?lang=en has "Terms of Use" at the bottom. Quoting:
However, the user is entitled to make fair use of the protected material, according to the rules prescribed by law. Fair use includes reasonable quotations from the protected material, but the citation as stated must indicate as the source of the information both the document from which he quotes and the fact that the document / data is taken from the Geospatial Portal.
End of quotation.
I believe relying on govmap.gov.il as a source for a street name is definitely allowed. As for the citation, I believe referring to it the way I did is, much more then what is required. Must you cite en.wikipedia.org if you have your own picture of the statue of liberty and you wrote it is called the statue of liberty because that is how en.wikipedia.org names it?

1) I made another try. 2) What is wrong with relying on govmaps? Does a name of a street copyright protected? 3) Note sure I had a typo with ttt. Since I am not familiar with the rules for transcript names, so be it. 4) As for osm.wiki/Israel: no time for that. Sorry. I am also not sure how those guidelines interact with the online editor. Should I avoid trying to contribute?
