I've never understood what this means.

It looks like this may be mapped wrong. From satellite imagery I can see a left turn indication which suggests that you can legally turn left onto Blue Hill Avenue, but right now there's no real path to do that.

Additionally, it looks like you may be able to proceed legally straight onto Georgia Street, but probably should be verified by someone with local knowledge.

Shouldn't Bridge Street start from the intersection with Veterans of Foreign Wars Parkway?

Is this a MassDOT lot? It's not listed at https://www.mass.gov/park-and-ride. Verify parking operator.

Ongoing construction on and next to River St from Green St to Mass Ave. Limited impact on roads, but sidewalks are often closed/moved. Likely to continue for many months of 2025.

There needs to be a connection here to allow bicycles to access the carlton street foot bridge from carlton st. The current infrastructure makes cyclists use 3 Carlton street's drive way.
