Sorry, but you keep creating an edit war here with editors that are familiar with the current reconstruction of this area. The edits you keep making to this road is incorrect per city and state documents regarding the project, as well as the city GIS. As I have told you before, MassGIS is not updated very often.

Slip lanes are to be tagged as links per osm.wiki/Highway_link
Additionally, roads that don’t show up on the state GIS map should be mapped as highway=service and names should be pulled from there as well. https://www.rigis.org/datasets/e-911-road-centerlines https://planning.ri.gov/planning-areas/transportation/highway-functional-classification

Here is an article showing them |
I don’t know, but i have driven this road many times and there are bollards all along it.
And you still need to start a discussion before changing a borderline case from motorway as mentioned in the US Highway classification guide.
Also the bollards in the median are currently being replaced with a concrete barrier.
It has bollards between the carriageways.
This is incorrect per the state map.
Border line cases are not meant to be altered without discussion. Also this is not undivided, just one lane in each direction.
That sign is in the park. The primary street sign on the south east corner clearly shows the street as Avenue Louis Pasteur.
The intersection was recently reconstructed. The layout was mapped as such
This is the official classification scheme. I am not sure what you are talking about.
Also, as seen in your bio, you guys are not even from an area close to here, and have never driven on these roads.
Sorry, but this is all wrong. First of all, there is no parking aisle, I don’t even know what you are talking about. Second, the logic that people would get on the motorway and come off is true, as to continue on RI 114 you have to take what is signed as a 1 lane exit off of the mainline. Third, this situation with the “parking aisle” you are seeing is not a parking aisle, it’s the start of the shoulder for RI 24.
Standard practice is to map the street between the curbs, not the center line.
Sorry, but this is incorrect
