It appears that the situation for Taconic is that it's features can be a motorway. However it requires discussion. Another editor wanted it done which made sense. The speed limit is 55 which matches other motorways. Additionally it has no signals and very few incidental rural road intersections which don't affect the performance of the mainline. Therefore I suggest a motorway designation. Trunk seems inadequate
