Seems you are right on the opening_hours front. I assumed it was always needed to put the weekdays. Ignore me then in that case. The JOSM validator is thorough and catches a lot, but sometimes it's a little too stickly...

Your changing program doesn't put in the weekdays for the proper business hours. JOSM complains about not having weekdays in the key for all of them. Not sure if you've already fixed this in your program or not but just know for the future. I've manually corrected the ones in my area (Muskingum County, Ohio) already.

The route that's being claimed as a link doesn't function as such in practice. Most drivers, especially of anything higher than pickup truck would take as the major corridor I-70 west to SR 79 coming up to Newark.

Currently mapping applications route on I-70 to exit 142, then US 40 (4 lane road with speeds approaching the interstate), then taking Linnville up to the city limits.

There is no special designation by a higher authority to give it backing either, like SR 16 with the NHS or SR 32 a few counties south with the Appalachian corridor, etc etc. Ohio's TIMS even argues for it being lower as well, labeling it as "Minor Arterial", which roughly correlates with the Primary class OSM-wise.

It does serve a function to connect the two cities as mentioned, but not direct enough for a trunk designation.

Hello! Your use of "amenity=school" on the landuse of school district areas has become outdated. The current tagging practice is to use "landuse=education" to show the property around the school.

landuse=education

On a separate note, please do not snap any kind of landuse to a road way from now on. It is not correct and a pain to fix. Happy mapping!

This changeset is a disaster. I have had to revert every single road change you made in this area, because *all* of them are incorrect, the "Joes/Jose Run" changes especially... hard to figure out how that one could happen.

For future reference, if you are doing anything in this county, besides using basic common sense, check with this map before committing anything:

Change reverted in 141964829.

Muskingum County Auditor map (https://www.muskingumcountyauditor.org/RealEstate/Map) does not show the road itself extending this far in.

A clear hitch in paving exists in aerial imagery, the road has been extended to there, with the rest changed back to driveway. Thank you for your contributions.

Thanks for reverting these from the earlier (bad) changeset. I have reverted the rest now with JOSM. You mentioned a request from the City of Zanesville specifically?

Grassland is named based on private ownership, no relevance to the public map. Name is being removed and the dimensions shortened.

Also, do not attach landuses directly to roads. Bad practice.

Please offer an explanation as to why this stream was changed into a golf walking path! It's a waterway.

Hello! Be sure to check the issues tab (the triangle icon on the right side) before you submit. There was a warning that points were too close together on way/1058227578, which I have rectified. Happy mapping!
