deleted duplicated node

thank you for taking time to document flock cameras. I visited that location in person and I was not able to confirm any flock camera. I saw regular traffic light sensor cameras (4 cameras) mounted on the traffic light boom. could you please double check that node to confirm the flock camera at that location? if there was some confusion - please let's remove that node from the database.
