City of San Carlos seems using Flock and non-flock cameras back to back at the same location. this change is for the same location as adjacent non-flock camera

there are both flock and non-flock license plate readers at the same time. San Carlos seems using both across the city.

I removed the data as there is no camera at that location

thank you for taking time to document flock cameras. I visited that location in person and I was not able to confirm any flock camera. I saw regular traffic light sensor cameras (4 cameras) mounted on the traffic light boom. could you please double check that node to confirm the flock camera at that location? if there was some confusion - please let's remove that node from the database.
