So, correct me if I'm mistaken on this, but I looked at this and thought that it was mistagged as full on cycle track(see Key:cycleway on the Wiki as linked below), which is a distinctly different element from cycle lanes. The thought process here is twofold: Firstly, trying to standardize how we mark bicycle lanes that aren't separated from the main highway by any barriers and secondly, It could improve way-finding if you're navigating on a bicycle using OSM data.
