However, going by the aerial imagery and other ways around, this seems to be 'Primary'. Please look into this and share your thoughts on this.

Came across a different issue where existing data was not matching with any of the imagery(way/438420528) hence made necessary changes.

Is there any particular reason for marking this as track road?
