The intention was primarily to make the open roads match the changes in road layout made a week or so ago. The second intention was to put the roads under construction somewhere near where they are likely to be.

However this was complicated because some of the open roads are temporary and do not correspond to their final positions or layout.

There is one road (changeset/72131349) whose current status I don't know as I didn't get to see it as I drove past.
