@WhichOnesPink I have reconnected Enaville Avenue to Annesley Avenue. Leaving them connected allows non car based transport to route via this road. The bollard existing on the way will prevent cats being routed

Why are carparks/parking lots (parking=surface) being added to houses here and other locations around Dublin?

service=driveway already assumes that parking is possible.
