Good pick up! I can't provide a reason - I guess it was a whoops! I remember viewing the street and noting the various connections between the highway and the service roads - but still can't explain my error. (Duuh!)
I have just reinstated the connections with their Turn Restrictions (due to the centre median).
And ... added the nearby Unmarked Crossing and Speed Bump on service rd.

As the Qld Traffic Rules allow bicycles to use footpaths/sidewalks across Qld (unless signed otherwise), I noted the feature's "Allowed Access" for Bicycles to be "yes". If there were shared path signage actually in place (which there isn't at this location), I would have used "Designated" as the Allowed Access, rather than just 'yes'.
