This is not relevant for mountain scrambling routes which have little to no trail visibility. Completely removing the original source information makes it very difficult to trace back the source of the data, which can be very helpful in many circumstances. At the very least, keep the original source info in addition to whatever changes you want to make.

It is not appropriate to grade Canadian climbing routes with UIAA grades. We have no idea what UIAA grades or SAC scale grades mean. In Canada we use the Yosemite Decimal System (YDS) for grading.

Rating this as UIAA grade 4 will likely be confused as a YDS class 4 route, which is VERY different and could lead some people into thinking this route is easier than it actually is.

I suggest you either remove the UIAA grading or replace it with YDS grading.

The location of the track is correct. It's a mountain scramble, not a bike route

No they're not, I literally named these. What I called Porcupine Tower is shown in the correct location.

The lake doesn't exist, it's always dry. It used to be a lake but now it's not. So yes, the route goes straight through the middle of the old lake.
