There is a video game software called “The Golf Club 2019” that allows you to create your own golf course and play it in the video game. Using the mapped data from this website greatly improves the accuracy of the course re-creations. These course re-creations can then be used in golf simulators (this was just made available about a month ago).

No organization has reached out, it’s just avid golf fans that want to play their favorite courses on a video game/golf simulator.
