Our team really did drive around Denmark and collect the information that we upload to OSM. I have uploaded our GPS traces from our travels in Denmark and Ukraine.

We will gladly upload images to Mapillary if there is an object that is being disputed. However, we cannot upload the entirety of the images we collect.

The page I referenced says "Use mixed case with the first letter of each word capitalised." Thank you for letting me know of the local naming customs in Denmark. I will gladly comply.

However, I will respect local custom and not capitalize the "f" in fakta from this point forward.

This is a case where is boils down to the "art" of mapping rather than the "science" of mapping.
In this case I believe it is ok to use the shop=motorcycle tag as they not only repair motorcycles but also sell motorcycle accessories. However, it is not clear from the storefront if the also sell motorcycles. I tried to upload a photo of the storefront to Mapillary to show, but the website is currently not working for me, sorry.

Paraphrasing the link you provided, if there is a clearly visible name then it should be labeled accordingly. In the example I provided before, Petrobras is the visible name of the gas station.
To compromise we can start labeling these stations with both the brand=* and name=* the same unless the name is clearly different than the brand. For example the gas station below would be labeled name=Loco brand=Conoco.
