Okay, I've updated this part of Gladstone to hgv=destination for now.

According to the City code, heavy vehicles are prohibited on Gladstone between Peel Avenue and the first lane north of Sylvan. But there is a general exception for vehicles that can't avoid travelling down a restricted street to reach their destination, and the Cadbury trucks on this block are an example of that. I don't know what the most appropriate tag would be for that case.

Sorry, I was just following what I thought was standard practice. I didn't think sidewalks were supposed to have names. They aren't named anywhere else in the city so I assumed it was an error.
