This is an interesting feature of OSM. It is possible to map at least approximate alignments of rails or roads that are still under construction by getting overlays from more recent satellite images than those usual drop down list in JOSM. There is construction going on now to add another Temerloh Bridge to the current one so that one bridge handle 2 lanes one way. Not sure if any Sentinel 2 images have been lately captured over that bridge.
I don't have any idea how to overlay Sentinel 2 images in JOSM. Sometimes I do think that the images on JOSM over an area is a bit aged but have no choice.

Is there a Masjid Ar Rahman beside the Dewan Serbaguna? I just could not see it.

IMHO, this area is more suitable tagged as Greenfield. It is definitely not a construction site yet. There were industrial buildings here before they were all cleared but no reconstruction until today.. Owner is Sime Darby.
