Hi, from my point, no. "Platz der Eintracht" is a German translates the _meaning_ of "Place de la Concorde" for the German reader. Note that the German article is called "Place de la Concorde", and the text always *only* uses the term "Place de la Concorde" (except for the translation).

"name:de", in my view, should be the name that a German-speaking person would call the place. Which is "Place de la Concorde". Compare this to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warschau - this one has a different name in German- note that the article name here is "Warschau" (not Warszawa) and the term "Warschau" is used throughout.
