Great question. I debated changing it to driveway. My primary reasoning was that it isn't depicted on Bellevue GIS as even being a street. The King County GIS shows that the parcels on it are actually a 140th address, ergo 48th St isn't actually a residential street.

I ran it this afternoon and need to make a change to the loop because it isn't actually a loop. That southern segment is actually the driveway on the white roofed house. I will edit the segments to driveway from service road.
