I emailed and received permission from POTA, and posted it on the wiki on the communication:amateur_radio:pota tag communication:amateur%20radio:pota=*?uselang=en-GB

Both the foot/cycle paths parallel to palmers rd had bridge & layer=1 tags, but skeleton creek also has a bridge tag, so set it to layer=1 and bridge above to layer=2
