der Mapper "jmsbert" (@jmsbert/history) hat ebenfalls in Bakum Gebäude gemapppt (changeset/70594522) – und das mit deutlich besserer Lagegenauigkeit als du. Das soll aber keinesfalls Kritik sein!

Könntest du ihn vielleicht mal fragen, wie er das geschafft hat (z.B. Nutzung von DigitalGlobe statt Bing, etc.) ?

when you take a global perspective estuaries usually get cut across to get a compact coastline; see this example from the US: way/390943165

Including all salt-water environments into the coastline is a pointless endeavour when the marine influence reaches tens of miles inland. In such regions the coastline is always something artificial, defined by government for purposes like the Exclusive Economic Zone.
