You're right. I think I was combing through for outdated tags and forgot to switch to the newest imagery. I don't believe I made any significant changes, but with OSM's edit history I'm having a difficult time proving that.

It appears you reverted my changes that downgraded a few roads in their importance, primarily IN 15. What qualifies IN 15 as a primary road rather than a secondary? This puts it on the same level as a US highway such as US 33.
