Thanks for your query. I have reverted the highway back to service. I am working on fixing all highway topology errors across the US, where crossing highway is one of them. Crossing highways are highways that cross each other without a common node at its intersection. While fixing it in this area, I saw that the area was under construction under satellite imagery and missed your source mentioned as "Survey". Hence, reverted back the changes.

Thanks for the query. I am working on a team that fixes all road connectivity and topology errors in the US that were detected by our internal tools. I split it as a part of fixing Unconnected Highway errors which detects all the highways that were not connected to other highways. This particular case is an edge case where the highway is connected to itself, which I thought of fixing by splitting the loop. However I see no value in doing so, going forward, I will make sure not to follow this approach.

We have fixed the issue. It was not a hackathon. We observed that it happened because several members has been working on the same road and this caused the issue. We fixed most of the issues around the same time, but missed a few. Thanks for bringing it into notice.

Could you please let me know from where you got the reference id as 442? I am not able to see that in mapillary, openstreetcam or bing. Thanks
