Thanks for your update. Changing summit Vista Boulevard into highway=unclassified as we have gps traces of our drivers as per your suggestions.Refer changeset#-74085810.

Thanks for your update. We have GPS traces of our drivers along Summit vista boulevard and hence added the service roads.
I acknowledge the Island error created here.
I can make 2 changes: 1. I can make the service roads as construction or 2. I can make the Summit vista boulevard as service without construction as we have GPS traces.
