I'm from Grab Data team, while mapping in Quảng Ninh city, I came across (way/525196257,way 525196263 <link these ways pls>) which have the `construction tag` since 2017. Can you please help us understand if the construction is already completed? As there are a group of new houses getting access through the construction road. Do let me know.
