Hello! What is your reasoning for downgrading Niagara Scenic Parkway from motorway to primary? That is a significant downgrade and to my knowledge, the section that you downgraded is indeed up to motorway standards (grade separation, separate carriageways, etc.)

Actually, disregard my comment above, I looked closer and the bike lanes are actually separated from the right turn lane. My bad!

Are you sure these are really bike lanes? To me it just seems like they put the "lanes" in the shoulder of the road, and they only exist at the intersection.

It is a mistake on my part. The correct tagging should be "permissive_left_turn" placed on the traffic light node.
