I'm sure the stretch from Phnom Penh to Skun used to be road number 6A, but that's a long time ago. In fact, the old name is occasionally still used unofficially. I'll change that to 'old_name': National Highway 6A.

Hi.
I guess its National Highway 6. National Highway 6A not exists since approx 7 years.
You have info? Any traffic sign with 6A?
National Highways with one digit are National Highways in Cambodia, National Roads have two digits.
Greetings.

Not have, and I guess doesn't exist. But I saw some shops signs with name street 273 on it, closer street 100. So it's correct now in this case.

Ok.
But it's really necessary and helpfully to add hundreds (or thousands) of restrictions?!

Ok.
Street 100 exist since approx 4 or 5 years. Before was the split at the ditch.

Hi.
There is no sign about u-turn restriction. Better not add. Most crossings in Phnom Penh are not u-turns allowed. So don't need add. Some navigation systems cannot read correctly.
Greetings,
Andi.

As far as I know, the border between Street 273 and Street 70 is the district border of Toul Kork and Daun Penh.

Hi.
Please show about your source info that this part is Street 273.

Service alleys also, please tag as foot path without restriction.

Hi.
We taggig in Phnom Penh small streets as foot path. Pedestrian only for wide areas like riverside promenades. Please reverse you edits.
Cheers,
Andi.

Please check all restrictions you added in Phnom Penh and edit if necessary. Better is to add only restrictions if really necessary. Some I edited or deleted already in the past.
Greetings, Andi.

Tuk Tuks? They doing what they like. 100% sure they don't care about OSM restrictions.

Wiki says:
Don't map turn restrictions that are the default for a given jurisdiction and are not signed.

...where using turn restrictions will require hundreds or thousands of restrictions and micro-segmentation of all roads which in turn make editing data hard.

Translated from German Wiki:
Only turning restrictions that result from local signage or road markings are to be recorded! It is not a mapper's job to decide whether a vehicle is actually capable of turning at an intersection/junction. Turning may be possible for a car but impossible for a truck. For a cyclist, on the other hand, the question does not arise at all. Therefore, only the router can decide based on its default values.
It is neither necessary nor desirable to place a turn restriction at an intersection with a one-way street, even if there is a sign there. The restriction for the router results from the one-way rule.
