I am guessing you are referring to the names of the buildings added in this edit (Library building, Science Building etc) They are actually named like so, the building that has the library of the school is actually NAMED "Library Vobon" (Vobon = Building. although I do get that it kind of seems silly.

TLDR : All of these names follow the rule : "The most prominent name on a sign posted on the feature itself, especially for a feature in the built environment"
