Sorry about that! I originally just tried to upload a small section on buildings, but for some reason, it uploaded the nodes of ALL buildings. I took your advice and used the reverted plugin in josm to undo the changesets. I very sorry for any trouble I may have caused. Please let me know if there is still anything wrong!

created a proposed section of foley branch blvd from gum springs rd to a proposed section of Loudoun Co Pkwy. (includes Lennox Hale and Winning Glory Drive extensions). Created proposed road from evergreen mills rd to old ox rd on sections of West perimeter rd and carter's school rd.

also fixed placement of proposed section of Dulles West Blvd at Stone Springs Blvd. added residential area for Lenah Mill Community. other minor fixes.
