Thank you for flagging this, looks like I have accidentally downloaded some GPS files from my computer to the same layer and the same was accidentally uploaded. I have now deleted these incorrect nodes. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

It's clear from satellite imagery that there is no need of slip road (way/584778897) at this intersection since there is not physical medium in between.
