I took a look. Standing on the south west roughly aligned with the edge of that building, looking into the circle, there is a sign indicating foot and bike traffic. There are no other signs further up, but I did not go up as far as the Quarry lane intersection to check there.

So unless it changes midway from shared foot/bike to foot only, I would assume the whole section is shared.

I will see if I can take a physical look sometime soon.

Thanks for the feedback. In the default editor I use, both tags show up, but the one is black and cannot be selected for edit. Which is why I did not delete it, and changed the other one. Perhaps a different editor tool can remove the extra one.
