I'm not actually entirely sure. The footpath that exists used to be gated to residents with a key provided by the community, but recently they removed the locks entirely. The gate is still there but it's only protected by a keyless doorknob. As it leads into private property I've marked it as a private access footpath. I could be wrong about the proper designation however so please correct it if I'm wrong!
