This changeset was a monthly update for the Norwegian address import. The Norwegian community decided for the import to have address tags on separate nodes.

The addr:housename tag "Globusgården" is the (apparently well known) name of the building. It is not part of the address (the official address in public records is here: https://seeiendom.kartverket.no/eiendom/3005/110/606/0/0 under the Adresser section). Addresses in Norway consist of 1) the street name, 2) the house number, 3) the postal code, and 4) the post district/city.

In general, the addr:housename tag is kept in such cases in order to preserve the information provided by another user. In this case the name tag was already used for a different purpose.

Users often put the name of buildings in the addr:housename tag for this reason, or because they think this is how to tag the name of a building.

In this particular case, "Globusgården" is already tagged on the building way, so it may be removed on this node.

Please restore national_information tags and other tags (pile etc).

This facility was already in OSM - further to the north.

This node should be put at the correct position. Please check the JOSM imageries "Norwegian Orthophoto", "Kartverket Nautical Maps" and "Fiskeridirektoratet Acquaculture".

There was also already a way for this facility in OSM (proposed tag).

Your edit of the light sectors do not match the official nautical maps from the Norwegian Mapping Authority and from the Norwegian Coastal Authority.

You may compare by using the predefined JOSM imageries "Kartverket Nautical Chart" and "Kystverket Navigational Aid".

The address was moved to a separate node. We run an automated update of all 2 million addresses in Norway every month. The Norwegian community decided to have addresses on nodes instead of buildings because one building may have several addresses. Elements which are tagged with amenity or similar tags will however get to keep their addr tags.
