Existing data has two different way's for same stretch which were not combined(way/235993094, way/236001234). One of the way id(235993094) had speed limit of 30 given by external mappers.

The speed limit got carry forward to the resultant way id(236001234) after i have combined the ways.

Now with your suggestion we removed the speed limit.

While mapping ....... city, I found a instance where Residential Highway is running parallel with Trunk Highway on same road . Letting you know before making any changes to understand if there is any logic which I am missing. Please review and suggest
