I clicked to several roads in this changeset and all of them were renamed in June 2023 by this user. It looks to me that this user is mapping building and along the way, changes the street names.

This action, in fact, started this edit war. And while indeed, removing name:ru completely is loss of data (aka vandalism), I would be happier if the 'name' tag is restored to its original state, where it remained for over 8 years since its creation.

And no, user Чистая Вода (@%D0%A7%D0%B8%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%8F%20%D0%92%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%B0) is clearly mapping by satellite imagery, they do not know the actual truth on the ground.

Grass-snake, please, stop destroying the map, this is a clear vandalism. Any mass-changes like this must be discussed with the community, I am talking about the Ukrainian community.

Я маю аргументи на захист бази даних, яка складає OSM. Не тільки росіяни говорять російською, не треба перекручувати.

Часто назви існують з радянських часів, коли назви були російською, тож серед місцевих російська назва відома і використовується.

І якщо у вас аргументи стосовно перекладів, чому ж ви непослідовні і не видаляєте польську, або англійську назви? Бо погодьтеся, це теж вандалізм.

Я откатил эту вандальную правку. Из-за давности, пришлось возиться с ограничениями поворотов. Война правок привела к дубликатам и "висякам". Пожалуйста, больше так не делайте.

В таком случае теги нужно было перенести, а не удалять информацию. Удаление -- вандализм.

Звідки там можуть з'явитися highway=living_street? То є вулиця, яка позначається знаком "Житлова зона". Я змінив на highway=residential

Точно :) Я ж вулиці там мапив. А чому Bukwaezhka поставила ту точку у Зерновому, розділивши село навпіл, то треба її питати, зараз у ченджсеті і спитаю.
