Sorry for late reply, I'm using latest satellite imagery to detect visible differences between the two maps, from that I'm just using manual process like adding road/rail one by one. I'm still new here and I didn't know much about importing data from other sources.

The official source has been made public last year during Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) public exhibition, there's no data transfer here just manual processes map to map comparison.
