LPI Basemap has one of the forks named as Clover Hill Road. The only sign I can recall is at the Illawarra Highway offtake, I can't recall if it said road or trail.

A doctor and nurse is on duty at certain times. It is an internal private medical centre and not accessible but the public in any event.

Well it is still being used as a medical centre with triage capabilities, albeit with less focus on emergency care, so how would you like to tag it?

official_name could also be appropriate.

There is prominent signage on-site for 'Bellambi Lagoon', and it does appear to be a technical lagoon. However there are official references to Bellambi Lake, e.g.
https://www.hms.heritage.nsw.gov.au/App/Item/ViewItem?itemId=2700760
So perhaps both names are valid.

I did a ground survey, the 'track' is little more then bush bashing and animal scratchings. I don't think it qualifies for OSM. I will fix it up if I don't hear back.

Also just realised the walking track is tagged as highway=track, this is for vehicles it should be highway=path
And for good practice add tags such as SAC scale, visibility, source (e.g. GPS data) etc.
Check highway=path

A couple of things to tidy up with these edits:
The whole walking track is tagged as a bridge, looks like you only want a small portion as bridge - need to split the way into 3 sections.
The creek added should be tagged as a stream not river, end node should be joined to the existing stream upsteam, and direction reversed to show correct flow.
A couple of objects appear to have name field mixed up with a description field. e.g. 'walking track' should be under description not name - name is only for proper titles of things.
Have a look at the wiki for more guidelines - e.g. osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines

Not sure exactly what you were trying to do, but the entire catchment area has been incorrectly changed to 'heath'.

There is a sign post at the start. I didn't travel the whole way, but did not see any further sign posts so left the whole way with the same name.

Sorry but you are out of line and have no mandate for the wholesale removal of data.

It appears you do not understand how OSM works and I would suggest you read through the Wiki pages about OSM and good practice editing.
Key to note:
OpenStreetMap is 'whats on the ground'
OpenStreetMap is not a platform for your local grievances.

You mapped the entire coal terminal as a building. Deleting.

Its a funny system, cars are permitted to bypass if they are using the road as a thoroughfare.
I mapped this 5 years ago so hmm...

It was a while ago, I can't recall. NSW LPI Basemap says Eckersley so will go with that till I visit there again.

You turned the whole trail into a bridge, and also broke a road. Changeset reverted.

My recollection is I added it because it was the only decent clear viewpoint I found along the upper section of the track, even though it is not on the track and you have to climb up offtrack to get to it - why I left it disconnected from the track I guess. If it causes confusion it can be removed. I was probably thinking if you walked all that way up Hoddles and ended up with no lookout you could get an alternative with some effort!

The main information board/map at the start of the reserve identifies the path as 'Coomie's Walk'. I can't recall if there was any other references to it.

I was up Mt Keira recently and this track did not exist. Unless you got the position totally wrong I recommend deletion.

highway:road should not be used here
looks like it should be highway:path

highway:bridleway with horse:no makes no sense.
Looks like it should be highway:path
You have also created an adjacent way without tags
