Hey, I'm thinking all these mountain bike trails should be tagged highway=path + bicycle=yes based on:
osm.wiki/Mountain_biking

highway=cycleway is more for traditional bike paths. What do you think?

Please provide a source for permit access to inside-the-fence roads at JBPHH. I'm very familiar with area and my understanding is that visitors must be sponsored by a DoD ID holder. This is not a general-public access area.

Hi, this edit broken some boundary polygons. I recommend not editing boundaries in iD as they are prone to break!

I actually just retagged this road as motorway_link (had an edit conflict around the same time), which is what it was up until 3 weeks ago when someone changed it. Since it only goes to the expressway and nowhere else, that still seems appropriate, and gets rid of the need for an access tag.
