Thanks for catching this, I know esri clarity is out of date and I try to be sure to cross-check with the newer but more tree-covered bing imagery. I didn't know about that county imagery, it's really clear and I'll certainly use that in this area from now on.

Yes, I know about this rule. Some stuff happened while I was doing maproulette using josm. All the tasks end up on the same layer, so I selected some stuff I didn't want to when using the search function and didn't realize until the validator caught it. So I had to go into that area and fix what I messed up. Hopefully now that this happened once I'll avoid doing it again.

I see. I surveyed a little portion of this area with streetcomplete a while ago and all of those addresses lined up with the NAD data, so it looks like it's probably just the addr:city=Unincorporated that's an issue.
