To my knowledge it's former, the building is abandoned. This general area has/had a lot of 'Former' included in the name instead of the tags.

I reverted your changeset because of the tagging of Greenland as a building and frame shop.
In the future, please write more detail changeset comments, it makes it a lot easier for other mappers to understand your intentions in a changeset. :)

The name of a building is used to describe the actual name of a building, not to describe the type of building (use the tags for that!). e.g. An apartment block called 'Happy Apartments', the name tag would have 'Happy Apartments', while building=apartments would be used to describe the type of building.
Also, try using changeset comments to describe what you actually did in the changeset rather than your reason for editing (if that makes sense). This just makes it easier for other users to see what you were doing.
