Correct, as indicated in the update title, this is the removal of tags on nodes that are duplicate with same tag on the way. Osmose is a quality checker that helps identify many kind of issues, I recommend you have it a try. osmose.openstreetmap.fr

Osmose only removes the redundant tags.
The 'name' tag is not redundant.
It should be on the building instead of the node, but that's another problem, I let you fix it ;-)

Osmose removes tags that are redundant. For example, waterway=lock_gate has been removed from the node because it already exists on the way.

Same thing as for the toilets, Osmose just removed the redundant tags (the ones that were on both the entrance and the building).
I let you move the remaining tags as you wish. (I'd recommend to move them to the building).

hi, thx for the feedback. Osmose did not do any mistake, it just removed the redundant 'toilet' tag from the node (as the building also had the same toilet tag).
Today, I manually moved the access tag from the node to the building. (which is something Osmose could not automatically detect of course)
