Many thanks for your comments. I think I understand now what you mean.

All information that I uploaded are from reality e.g. I used the mentioned website to plan my tour, made it and used what I saw and my GPS-Tracks to make some entries in OSM.

I think the mistake I made was that the source I entered is wrong and misleading.

Can i change the source entries in OSM for the questioned data?

As far as i understand "copyright" in this case means download of data from Swisstopo. Right?

Source "Official Map" means: I looked at an official printed map and saw it.

What do you mean by "allowed to use it"? What kind of "use" do you mean?
