I've used this list in wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mountains_in_Greenland, but it was some time ago and I don't know if I had the awareness about it being a valid open source or not, some of the data in it seems to be derived from Mapcarta, some other from other sites. I'm sorry for the trouble, but if there was any incorrect usage of data please feel free to revert this edit

Oi LabGeoCM, essas estradas que você está adicionando vejo que são em maioria rurais, no máximo municipais não pavimentadas, e highway=secondary/highway=tertiary não são adequadas para mapeá-las, acho que pode ser utilizado highway=unclassified+surface=dirt/unpaved para as municipais rurais e highway=track para trilhas menores de sítios, no máximo se utilizaria highway=tertiary para estradas não pavimentadas que interligam municípios.
