I applied private access tags to the parking lot due to existing access tags added by you on the driveway (Way: 365029740 | OpenStreetMap). Thank you for making the corrections on the driveway and the parking lot based on your local knowledge.

Thank you for your comments. There is a gate about 1/3 of the way travelling west from the east entrance. This is supported by the Bing Imagery and TomTom ground images but also supported by Bing Streetside and Mapilary. However, on review this does not prevent entry to the street, and so I agree that this is not a private road so I need to make corrections. I propose to remove the access=private from the way and add a barrier=gate at the location seen in the sources. Would you agree or do you have an alternative approach? Thank you.

On making the edit I followed the OSM Wiki guidelines that implies that bicycles are by default, as well as PSV vehicles, are excluded from the restriction. The below is the link to that guideline that I am referring to.
