Unfortunately we generally do not add access=private tagging unless there is ground level imagery with signage, a visible gate in imagery, or verified documentation indicating such. Without that verification, we risk adding inaccurate tagging. I do see something in ESRI World Imagery that might be a gate, but it isn’t distinct enough to confirm from aerial imagery alone. If you have knowledge that this road is private, I’m happy to defer to your edits should you choose to add the private access tagging.

Hello rarad74, thank you for your guidance! I have reviewed the wiki and understand now that streets in Romania should include the “Strada” prefix. Moving forward I will make sure all street names in Romania include this prefix.

Thank you for clarifying further towards the specifics in the tagging combinations for “building = roof “ features that include “ layer = 1 “. Reading further, it seems that this would be the accurate tagging that is appropriate for these features types as you have suggested (building=roof).

The layer=* tag is typically used when features intersect at different vertical levels, for example: bridges, tunnels, or stacked roads. It helps clarify their spatial relationship when they cross over or under each other (layer=*).

In this case, I applied the covered=yes tag since the service road passes through a building rather than above or below it, following the guidelines outlined in the Key:covered wiki (covered=* ). I removed the layer=1 tag as the same page notes that “Ways passing through buildings should normally have the same (or none) layer as the building.”. I Hope this helps clarify the intention behind this edit more.
