Well was the change correct or wrong.

Well, sorry if that was wrong. I was just eliminating warnings given in JOSM. I figured that was how it was desired to be mapped now. I used to map it this way in the past, so I thought it was odd. I will refrain from doing so in the future.

Because the building was already tagged as a school and it eliminated a Warning in JOSM
