Hello,
The OSM definition of a suburb (place=suburb) is different to what would typically be called a suburb in North America and is roughly equivalent to what would be called a neighbourhood (whereas to osm tag for neighbourhood refers to smaller areas within suburbs). As many areas tagged as neighbourhoods in New York have there own distinct identity eg. Jamaica, I thought they would be more appropriately tagged as suburb rather than neighbourhood.

Hello,
I am not very experienced in the world of horse riding arenas so I just judged this based off satellite appearance.
Please change it if I'm wrong

I can't remember what I did here but I probably didn't notice the relation. I apologise if it broke anything.

Most of what I did on this edit as far as I know was mapped as an area within a building as I believe is common in OSM. I apologise if this is wrong. I do believe that amenities that take up a whole building (like the Notty House) are correct to be mapped as the building and can't see the advantage in mapping them as a node.
