I not sure if this was a value I changed, or something I changed in error. But knowing the routes, it would certainly be no vehicles. Foot access Yes. I don't know the legalities of bikes or horse on these paths.

Okay. I'll try to remember this in future. And will retrospectively remove the npe tag on those corrections I find again.

There's sum subtle semantics here, nearly all the other paths around were just paths with foot access allowed.

Footpath are compared by some to the Ordnance Survey Public Footpath, if so, this path is not a public right of way but on access land. So if one wished to cycle or ride a horse along it, you are permitted, though it may not be easy. Others suggest a footpath must be a maintained path, again this is not such a path.

A clear rule would be great, but I've not found one yet.
