With this in mind, though the road is not physically divided for its whole length, I have created an additional way. There appears to be long medians at the north end of the road and at the intersections with Strada Dura and Calea Aviatorilor to the south, so it seems simplest to draw the road as divided. However, if you feel strongly that it shouldn’t be separate, I will go back and undo my work.

Agreed, i have deleted way/1013860676 and edited the intersection geometry according to Maxar imagery. Thank you.

I've reviewed lanes: and turn:lane data on this section of vulica Voĺhi Solamavaj, paying particular attention to the ways you mentioned, and making frequent reference to Maxar imagery and Mapillary tracks in this area (including the tracks you uploaded in late 2019). I have deleted the link roads at way/1013850985, way/1013850983, and way/1013850984 which i agree were created in error. Additionally, I updated the lanes: tag on way/615360834, and the lanes: and and turn:lanes: tags on way/630982940 according to Maxar imagery and my best understanding of the lanes: and turn:lanes: pages on the OSM wiki. Since this is a oneway, my read of the wiki is that this way should not have lanes:forward/lanes:backward or turn:lanes:forward tags, only lanes: and turn:lanes: tags.
Thanks for catching this. Please let me know if there are further edits you believe should be made in this area.
