This change was based off of overall function of the road and the major decrease in usage that we experienced on the ground. It also creates a smooth transition between Jalan Paya Terubung and Jalan Stesen Bukit Bendera. What is your reasoning behind leaving it a Primary? I think that if you were to leave it a primary, it might make sense to continue where Jalan Paya Terubung is a primary and carry it all the way through to the north. I'll have to take a look at the imagery we gathered to see if that would be feasible or a good idea.

Thank you angys for your excellent feedback! My team and I are currently physically here in Penang making these changes while driving the city each day. We are only editing what we see on the ground and adding names as we see them on road signs. All reclassifications of small roads have also been based on what we are seeing during our current ground survey.

All of the imagery that we collect while here will be available on Mapillary within the next few weeks for the public to have available for further editing and verification once we are able to get it uploaded.

Our imagery is very fresh and still just shows a parking lot there. If you wouldn't mind looking into it and letting me know I'll draw in or leave out the parking aisles accordingly.

I can't believe I did that! Looks like I had buildings filtered out and had been using dated imagery. I am now using brand new imagery and am removing the filter while editing parking aisles. I have removed these ones. I appreciate your assistance and feedback!

I am a member of Kaart and am working directly with Corban on this project. We traveled to the Ukraine in hopes to add beneficial contributions to the map in that area. As part of our process, we filmed the area using one second time-lapse footage from three different angles. I will provide an image of the POI in question shortly in order for you to better clarify the spelling and grammar issue. Our goal is to work hand in hand with local editors as much as possible in an effort to consistently improve OpenStreetMap data. Thank you kindly for your feedback and cooperation in this effort.

Thank you for your response. The function of the road is more motorway and since they are short segments, it would be best for these road segments to continue through. You will notice that throughout OSM, this is a standard. If you look at the following two cities, you will notice that the motorways continue through in a steady and even flow:

It would help the flow of traffic navigation and would also help keep the OSM standard in Hong Kong if we leave these segments as motorway. Thank you!

By definition, it is motorway. It is the most important road in the country, above grade interchanges, high quality, high speed. On and off ramps. It is not good practice to have a short section of road change classifications , the rest of the road is motorway.
