Ah I see what you are saying - I had the route and cycleway set, but the bicycle tag was still set to no. Please take a look at the updates.

I think I did make an error when adding the cycleway designation and the cycle path route to the northern road - Vancouver-Blaine Highway. There is a cycleway, but only on the east and should be designated as one way. Additionally, the lane becomes that small segment of sidewalk at the intersection with Steveston Highway - I'll make these corrections.

This reason for the odd design here probably has to do with the bike ferry for the tunnel to the south.
